Operations and Compliance Manager
I launched Red Box to provide specialist compliance services and reliable temporary heating solutions where safety and continuity are critical. I personally oversee every project, from Legionella Risk Assessments and fire safety inspections to the design, installation and support of temporary boiler systems, ensuring each job is delivered with precision, professionalism and expert care. I hold a Level 3 Award in Fire Door Inspections, City & Guilds Accredited Legionella Risk Assessment certification, and certification in Emergency Lighting to BS 5266-1.
James Edwards
F-Gas and Gas Technical Consultant
James brings extensive knowledge of gas safety, F-Gas regulations, and mechanical systems. As a trusted consultant, he provides expert guidance on system design, compliance, and performance – ensuring every Red Box boiler system meets the highest standards. While not part of the core team, his support and experience plays a major role in delivering safe, efficient boiler solutions.
Every member of the Red Box Boilers team receives a personalised, professional ID card, proving our commitment to site security, and our team's transparency. Allowing our team to be easily identified on site and in the office.
